Proceeding contribution from Baroness Seccombe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 15 December 2009. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Legislative Reform (Revocation of Prescribed Form of Penalty Notice for Disorderly Behaviour) Order 2009.

Legislative Reform (Revocation of Prescribed Form of Penalty Notice for Disorderly Behaviour) Order 2009
