Proceeding contribution from Lembit Opik (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 6 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Video Recordings Bill (Allocation of time motion).
Video Recordings Bill (Allocation of Time)
The Minister accepts that it was down to a previous Administration. The practical cost to the House is an afternoon's business. He said that it was an isolated incident. Is he satisfied that it will not happen again and that we will not waste hundreds of working hours of this Chamber's business making the same mistake?
