Proceeding contribution from John Pugh (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 19 January 2010. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Musculoskeletal Conditions.
Musculoskeletal Conditions
The Minister is talking primarily about differentials in therapy or treatment—or whatever—and the variety of good and bad practice that exists in treatment. What I was wondering about was whether there was any statistical base for suggesting that there is good and bad practice in diagnosis, either in practices within the same PCT, or in PCTs themselves.
