My Lords, I feel that I barely need to speak to my amendment, such has been the brevity of the previous contributors. I think that Amendment 136 is self-explanatory. The wording, ""an assessment of the extent to which any such proceedings against subscribers have been successful"," seems to be an important addition. The amendment goes on to mention, ""an assessment of the extent to which the process for copyright clearance in the United Kingdom has improved … an assessment of the extent to which the legislation has had an impact on the adoption by subscribers of broadband services in the United Kingdom"." Again, that seems to be a sensible addition to the kind of report that Ofcom is required to give and I hope that the Minister will consider it favourably.
