Proceeding contribution from Lord Wills (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 1 February 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill.
Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill
I will in a moment, but first I wish the hon. Member for Cambridge to understand that the important point, which I hope he now accepts, is that the people who sit in this Parliament should pay tax in the way that the vast majority of UK residents do so. I therefore hope that he will support the provisions.
