Assisted Dying

My Lords, this debate is time-limited to one hour. When the hour is up, the next debate will begin. I therefore urge noble Lords to do their utmost to keep their contributions brief and to consider omitting the usual courtesies so that the Minister has time to respond before the debate is brought to an end.
