Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 8 February 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Child Poverty Bill.

Child Poverty Bill

I feel myself again exposed on this issue. The terms and manner in which the Bill is drafted are fairly standard, but I shall see whether I can get some clarity on it once and for all. I will be happy to write to noble Lords.
