Child Poverty Bill
59: Clause 13, page 9, line 8, at end insert— ““(7) The Secretary of State shall take account of— (a) any resolution of either House of Parliament, or (b) any report by a select committee of either House of Parliament, in response to the report laid under this section. (8) In subsection (7) ““take account of”” means proposing a revision of the strategy to meet the targets established in section 1.””
