I thank the Minister for his remarks. I do not think it would be a burden on industry but I am so upset about him calling me authoritarian that I cannot put my argument very well. My amendment is meant to provide a form of practical assistance with the proliferation of unsuitable material which we have been talking about quite a lot recently.
