Proceeding contribution from Baroness Masham of Ilton (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Monday, 1 March 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Personal Care at Home Bill.
Personal Care at Home Bill
My Lords, does the Minister agree that this gives strength to my amendment, which would ensure that people have a right to an independent appeal so that these matters can be sorted out at home rather than having to go to Europe?
