Proceeding contribution from Lord Swire (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 2 March 2010. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Norfolk, Suffolk and Devon (Local Government).
Norfolk, Suffolk and Devon (Local Government)

Gentleman not take the view that other hon. Members have taken today that now is not the right time for any of this change to go ahead?
