Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Bill [HL]
9: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— "Costs Orders (1) The Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 is amended as follows. (2) In section 58A, after subsection (6) insert— "(6A) Subsection (6) shall not apply to a claim of any type which is permitted by section 1 of the Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Act 2010." (3) This section shall be treated for all purposes as always having had effect."
