Proceeding contribution from Baroness Quin (Labour) in the House of Lords on Friday, 5 March 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Bill [HL].
Damages (Asbestos-related Conditions) Bill [HL]
My Lords, I took it from the noble Lord, Lord Henley, that his amendment was a probing amendment to get some response from the Minister. In that sense it is welcome, although I do not feel that it is necessary as a substantive addition to the Bill.
