Moved By To resolve that this House regrets that the Education (Student Support) (European University Institute) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/447) were laid without consultation with interested parties, without evidence that the regulations met the original objectives of funding the College of Europe and without giving reasons for changing those objectives.
