Proceeding contribution from Lord West of Spithead (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 7 April 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Crime and Security Bill.
Crime and Security Bill
My Lords, I want to put on record my thanks to all the Members of the House who have taken part in the debates today. I am aware of the pressures of wash-up, but I have no doubt that the Bill will help to protect the public and provide justice for the victims of crime. Bill passed and returned to the Commons.
