Proceeding contribution from Baroness Finlay of Llandaff (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 7 April 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Children, Schools and Families Bill.
Children, Schools and Families Bill
My Lords, I want to support the eloquent speech of the noble Baroness, Lady Walmsley, who has fought for the rights of children. We run a very grave risk of making things worse for the most vulnerable in our population unless we ditch this part of the Bill.
