My Lords, with the leave of the Committee, I shall speak also to Amendments 23 to 26. I can be very brief with this group of amendments. They give effect to the conclusions and recommendations made in respect of Part 4 by the Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee. The committee's report speaks for itself.
