Proceeding contribution from Lord Foster of Bath (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 6 April 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill on Digital Economy Bill [Lords].

Digital Economy Bill [Lords]

I will, in so far as to say that as we move into a digital era, updating all those things is crucial, which is why it is important that elements in the Bill covering such issues should be allowed to go ahead. It is equally important to acknowledge the need to move forward in respect of radio services, and not just concentrate on television.
