Proceeding contribution from Austin Mitchell (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 7 April 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Digital Economy Bill [Lords].
Digital Economy Bill [Lords]
