Proceeding contribution from Danny Alexander (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 17 June 2010. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Public Spending.
Public Spending

My surprise is not at an individual project but at the general approach to spending that was taken in the run-up to the general election.
