Proceeding contribution from Iain Duncan Smith (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 28 June 2010. It occurred during Budget debate on Budget Debate.

The grant is rather indicative of the way in which the previous Government scattered money around in the hope that they would buy some votes in the run-up to the election although, as was demonstrated, that failed.
