Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill
I was not in any way casting aspersions on the electorate. I was casting aspersions on the capabilities of the media to deal with more than one issue. They are obsessed with programmes such as ““X Factor”” and they struggle with complexity—as, I am a little surprised to discover, the Minister is too at the moment.
