Proceeding contribution from Lord Harper (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 25 October 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill.
Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill
We had a debate on this earlier, but I do not think that the hon. Gentleman was in his place at the time. If he can wait until I get to that section of my speech, I will discuss it then. However, we do not think that his amendment is necessary to achieve the outcome on which he and I agree.
