Proceeding contribution from Lord Hanson of Flint (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 28 October 2010. It occurred during Debate on Comprehensive Spending Review.
Comprehensive Spending Review

Friend the Member for Leicester West (Liz Kendall) noted, putting extra pressure on health and education services, despite pledges to support them.
