Proceeding contribution from Jonathan Edwards (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 16 November 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Fixed-term Parliaments Bill.

Fixed-term Parliaments Bill

I thank the hon. Gentleman for his point, but I was about to explain some of the complexities involved. Fortunately, we in Wales had already learned lessons and decoupled our local authority and Assembly elections by a year.
