Fixed-term Parliaments Bill
I agree with the point made in the quotation that the hon. Gentleman has read out; indeed, I was going to refer to that passage in my speech. For the sake of accuracy, however, I should point out that the Chartists were really in the 19th century, not the 18th. I hope that that does not invalidate the historical record.
