Proceeding contribution from Sheila Gilmore (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 16 November 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Fixed-term Parliaments Bill.
Fixed-term Parliaments Bill

I would not for a minute want to suggest that it always has to be an absolute majority, that first past the post is what we need or that we need majorities.
