Page 8 of our manifesto stated that we would"““raise the secondary threshold at which employers start paying National Insurance by £21 a week.””" The secondary legislation will increase the secondary threshold at which employers start paying national insurance by £21 a week, so we are doing exactly what we said in the manifesto.
