School Sports Funding
I am grateful to the Minister for giving way at this stage. Let me briefly echo his points. The co-ordinator in my area has worked extremely well, but the difficulties were highlighted by a head teacher in my constituency who said that"““the strategy was both ineffective and also a perfect example of how 'ring-fenced' initiatives can be inefficient and bureaucratic.””" Do our children not deserve a better system?
