Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill
Will noble Lords allow me quickly to conclude my speech? The noble Baroness has intervened twice already. For us on these Benches, it is now or never. It is AV or nothing. We believe AV to be an improvement, and an improvement in the public interest. For those reasons I will not, I am afraid, be tempted to vote for either the amendment we are discussing or those that bear upon it.
