Proceeding contribution from Lord Young of Norwood Green (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 8 December 2010. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on National Minimum Wage (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2010.
National Minimum Wage (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2010
