With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: Amendment 5, page 2, line 20, clause 4, leave out '2013' and insert '2012'. Amendment 6, line 20, at end insert"'The Treasury will carry out a review of the Regional Secondary Contributions Holiday before 5 December 2011 and may extend the relevant period until 5 September 2013.'."
