Scotland Bill
My hon. Friend is making a powerful argument about the amendment tabled by the Scottish nationalists. The amendment concludes that the Bill is considered"““as a whole to be unacceptable.””" The amendment therefore suggests that the Scottish nationalists do not want the Bill to go forward.
