Health and Social Care Bill
I shall answer my right hon. Friend the Member for South Shields (David Miliband), then I will give way. My right hon. Friend is absolutely right. The Government will talk about some changes, but not about others. The changes are like an iceberg, with big, substantial, ideological changes hidden from public sight.
