Proceeding contribution from Lord Hill of Oareford (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 14 February 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Building Schools for the Future.
Building Schools for the Future
It is clearly the case that an open mind will be brought to it. We have been told by the judge that it needs to be considered in an open way, and we would be extremely foolish if we did not listen to what the judge said to us. On the first point made by the noble Baroness, Lady Morgan of Drefelin, about the publication of information, as I said, all that information was given to the judge and the court, so he had all that information in front of him when he reached the decision that he did.
