25: Clause 6, page 6, line 32, at end insert— ““4A Annual report on implementation and monitoring of section 4 (1) The Secretary of State must publish an annual report about the implementation and monitoring of the postponement provisions of section 4 and must lay a copy of this report before parliament. (2) The report required under subsection (1) must, in particular, include— (a) the numbers and categories of jobholders receiving notices that their automatic enrolment is deferred; and (b) the numbers of such jobholders who in respect of that employment do not become automatically enrolled.””
