34: After Clause 8, insert the following new Clause— ““Transfer to national employment savings trust In section 16 of the 2008 Act (qualifying schemes) after subsection (2) insert— ““(2A) The Secretary of State must make regulations to enable transfers of qualifying pension schemes into a national employment savings trust.””””
