With this it will be convenient to discuss the following: amendment 14, page 5, line 30, leave out 'Edinburgh Gazette' and insert 'Belfast Gazette, the Edinburgh Gazette and the London Gazette'. Amendment 15, page 5, line 31, leave out 'considers' and insert 'and the relevant Law Officers consider'. Clause stand part.
