Proceeding contribution from David Rutley (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 14 March 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Japan and the Middle East.

What steps are being taken to provide humanitarian aid to displaced people in Libya, especially in the increasingly isolated town of Misurata in the west?
