53: After Clause 23, insert the following new Clause— ““Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005 (1) The Secretary of State must publish guidance for occupational pension schemes on the implementation of regulation 2(3) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005 (statement of investment principles). (2) In particular, such guidance must cover the type of information which may be provided under— (a) regulation 2(3)(b)(vi) (the extent (if at all) to which environmental, social and ethical considerations are taken into account in the selection, retention and realisation of investments), and (b) regulation 2(3)(c), (the fund’s policy (if any) in relation to the exercise of rights including voting rights, attaching to their investments).””
