Rosemary Nelson Inquiry Report
May I associate myself with both the tone and the content of the Secretary of State's comments, and with the congratulations that both he and the shadow Secretary of State have given to the Royal Ulster Constabulary? To follow on from the last question, can the Secretary of State assure us that the current scheme for protecting those who are vulnerable in a similar way to Rosemary Nelson extends both north and south of the border?
