Proceeding contribution from Lord Rosser (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 16 June 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill.
Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill
I thank the Minister for that response, which I have to say was not entirely a surprise. The Minister has said on more than one occasion that the Government are listening. We will await and see what impact that has at Report before considering whether or not to pursue this matter at that stage. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 250 withdrawn. Amendments 251 to 254 not moved. Clause 158 agreed. Clause 159 agreed. Bill reported with amendments.
