Localism Bill
My Lords, the issue of Clause 19 was the question of the way in which the regime would operate and the criminalisation of a failure to declare interests. I have given reassurances to the House in that regard, and with that in mind I wish to see Clause 19 stand part of the Bill. Clause 19 agreed. Amendment 98M not moved. Clauses 20 and 21 agreed.
