Proceeding contribution from Adrian Bailey (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 12 July 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Electricity Market Reform.

Representatives of the industry have told me that the Government's feed-in tariff proposals have effectively decapitated the industry. What discussions has he had with industry representatives to overcome that and promote the industry?
