Public Bodies Bill [Lords]
There are processes that are to be performed, and if consistency is to be applied, there will be costs. Either the processes will be done by an independent person who is part of the coronial system or, under the monstrous proposal from the Government, somehow Ministers will do them under a coronial system. It cannot be done that way.
