Proceeding contribution from David Winnick (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 13 July 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Phone Hacking.
Phone Hacking

For instance, how can it be justified for the police to dine with the very people whom they are investigating, and is that not all the more reason why this inquiry is so necessary?
