Proceeding contribution from Andrea Leadsom (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 20 July 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Public Confidence in the Media and Police.
Public Confidence in the Media and Police
Does the Prime Minister share my concern that, at a time when this House is involved in a very important discussion about this awful issue of phone hacking, and when most people in the country are most concerned about what is going on in the eurozone area and the impact that might have on their jobs and their employment in this country, the Leader of the Opposition is so narrowly focused on scoring party political points?
