122G: Clause 49, page 41, line 29, at end insert— ““( ) After subsection (3) insert— ““(3A) Notwithstanding subsections (1) to (3), if a pupil registered at a pupil referral unit is also registered at an Academy, the Academy shall pay the local authority which maintains the pupil referral unit the cost of educating the pupil for days when the pupil attends the unit.””.””
