144B: Clause 67, page 53, line 34, at end insert— ““( ) At the end of section 85(1)(a) of ASCLA 2009 insert ““and, subject to guidance from the Secretary of State, make all reasonable efforts to ensure that an apprenticeship is offered to those of them who desire one and have at least 5 passes at GCSE””.””
