Proceeding contribution from Andrew Miller (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 11 October 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Protection of Freedoms Bill.
Protection of Freedoms Bill

Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull West and Hessle (Alan Johnson), said: that there is a clear mathematical relationship and in six years we have a way of dealing very neatly with a substantially greater number of potential criminals than the three-year period offers.
